我校开展校外实习留学生走访工作

10月26日，我校国际交流合作中心尚薇科长、金娣如老师赴三亚文华东方酒店对在校外学习、实践的酒店管理专业留学生进行了走访。

两位老师赴现场考察了我校留学生在客房、餐饮、吧台等不同岗位实践的具体情况，并对留学生代表、酒店留学生管理专员和酒店人力资源总监进行了访谈。

On oct. 26, our college international exchange cooperation center, chief shang wei and teacher jin di - ru, went to sanya Mandarin oriental hotel to visit the international students who majored in hotel management who studied and practiced in the college.

The two teachers went to the scene to investigate the practice of foreign students in guest rooms, restaurants, bar and other positions, and interviewed the representatives of international students, hotel management specialists and hotel human resources directors.

经了解，我校尼泊尔留学生在该酒店整体表现良好，服务意识很强，经导师带徒上岗1-2周后，均能独立、优质完成实习工作。在业余时间，他们能主动加强与国内实习生、酒店员工的互动交流，努力提高中文水平和服务技能。

As we know, the Nepali students in our college have good performance and strong sense of service in the hotel. After 1-2 weeks' work, they can finish the internship independently and with good quality. In their spare time, they can take the initiative to strengthen the interaction with domestic interns and hotel staff, and strive to improve the standard of Chinese and service skills.

访谈中，留学生Sarah表示非常感谢学校和酒店给他们提供宝贵的实习经历，他们在学校所学的汉语课程非常实用，酒店的企业文化也很好，对实习生非常关怀，让他们虽处异乡却倍感温暖。酒店留学生管理专员潘春婷表示将尝试按照留学生提供的家乡菜配方为他们制作餐食。

During the interview, Sarah, a foreign student, said he was very grateful to the college and the hotel for their valuable internship experience, The Chinese lessons they learned at school are very practical, the hotel's corporate culture is very good, the intern is very caring, let them in a foreign country but feel warm. Pan Chunting, the hotel's International Student Management Officer, said she would try to make meals for her students based on their home-cooked recipes.

活动最后，尚薇科长和酒店人力资源部张颖总监还就校企进一步的深度合作进行了商讨，为双方启动新的合作模式奠定了基础。

At the end of the activity, Ms. Shang and Ms. Zhang Ying, Director of Human Resources Department of the hotel, also discussed the further deep cooperation between the university and enterprise, which laid the foundation for the two sides to start a new cooperation model.
