一、发展概况
三亚航空旅游职业学院隶属于方大集团旗下的海航航空集团。学校成立于2005年，位于海南省三亚市。现面向全国29个省（自治区、直辖市）招生，现有招生专业45个，在校生1万余人，是海南省内唯一获批“双高”学校的民办高职高专，在神针全国高职（民办）排行榜排名第10，民办高职教师教学发展指数排行榜排名第4。
建校以来，学校取得了一系列教学成果，现有国家示范专业、教育部现代学徒制试点专业、国家级骨干专业5个，省部级教学成果一等奖4项、二等奖4项，国家级课程3门，国家级职业技能大赛一等奖4项、二等奖6项，拥有飞机维修执照培训资质和考点（民航局）、航空安全员培训训练资质（民航局）、海船船员证书培训和考点（海事局）、空中乘务专业国家级骨干教师培训点（教育部）、博鳌亚洲论坛安检人员培训基地、汉莎飞机维修技术国家级协同创新中心、海南省高技能人才培训基地、海南省航海科技馆、民航运输省级特色实训教学示范中心等，制定了《航空服务顶岗实习标准》、《民航运输顶岗实习标准》2项国家标准。
1. Overview
Sanya Aviation and Tourism College is subordinate to China Fangda Group Co., Ltd. Founded in 2005 in Sanya City, Hainan Province, the college currently enrolls students from 29 provinces in China, and has 45 majors and more than 10000 students.It is the only private higher vocational college in Hainan Province that has been selected into the “double-high” construction project（high-level colleges & high-level professional groups）. Moreover, it ranks 10th in the Sacred Needle National Higher Vocational (Private) Ranking and 4th in the Private Higher Vocational Teachers Teaching Development Index Ranking.
Since its establishment,the college has made a series of teaching achievements, including national demonstration majors, modern apprenticeship pilot majors of the Ministry of Education and a national backbone major, 4 first prizes and 4 second prizes for provincial and ministerial teaching achievements, 3 national courses, 4 first prizes and 6 second prizes in the national vocational skills competition. Besides, the college has formulated two national teaching standards, the Standards for Post Placement Practice in Aviation Service and the Standards for Post Placement Practice in Civil Aviation Transportation. The college has the qualifications and examination sites for aircraft maintenance license training (CAAC), aviation safety officer training (CAAC), seafarer certificate training (CHINA MSA),and established the National Key Teachers Training Center for Flight Attendants Profession, the Security Inspectors Training Base of Boao Asia Forum, the National Collaborative Innovation Center for aircraft maintenance technology with Lufthansa, Hainan Provincial High-skilled Talents Training Base, Hainan Provincial Navigation Science and Technology Museum, and the provincial characteristic training and teaching demonstration center for civil aviation transportation, etc.
二、办学定位
学校立足三亚、服务海南、围绕行业、面向全国、走向世界，坚持“一切为了人才培养质量、服务就业”的办学理念，致力于将学校打造成“两航一游”（航空、航海、旅游）类专业特色鲜明、优势明显的“三大基地”和“一个典范”，即：国内民用航空业、航海业的人才培养、培训基地，海南省旅游业、电商业、免税业等现代服务业的人才培养、培训基地，举办方方大集团的人才培养、培训基地，并建设成为全国大型国企办学的典范。
2. Mission & Vision
Based in Sanya, serving Hainan, focusing on the industry, facing the whole country, and going to the world, the college adheres to the philosophy of “All for the quality of talents, serving employment”. It is committed to developing into “three bases” and “one model” with distinctive characteristics and obvious advantages in the fields of aviation, navigation and tourism specialty, namely, a talent training base for the domestic civil aviation and navigation industry, a talent training base for the tourism, e-commerce, tax exemption and other modern service industries in Hainan Province, and a talent training base for the host Fangda Group，and to becoming a model of running school for large state-owned enterprises in China.
三、专业设置
学校下设乘务学院、民航运输学院、机电工程学院、海运工程学院、国际旅游学院、人文社科学院6个二级学院，现开设航空、航海、旅游三大专业群为主的专业45个（详见下表），其中包括国家示范专业2个（民航运输、空中乘务）、国家教育部现代学徒制试点专业2个（飞机机电设备维修、酒店管理）、国家级骨干专业1个（飞机机电设备维修），省级特色骨干专业5个。
3.Specialty Settings
There are 6 secondary colleges under the college, the School of Flight Services, the School of Civil Aviation Transportation, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, the School of Maritime Engineering, the School of International Tourism, and the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. There are currently 45 majors(See the table below for details) and 2 national model majors (civil aviation transportation, air crew ), 2 modern apprenticeship pilot majors granted by the Ministry of Education (aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, hotel management), 1 national backbone major (aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance), and 5 provincial distinctive backbone majors.
四、办学条件
学校建设了综合实训中心、飞行模拟训练中心、乘务模拟训练中心、海运实训中心等4大实训中心。根据航空公司机务维修员和空中乘务员实际岗位技能培养的要求，学校引进了8架实训飞机；为满足民航CCAR-147部基本技能考试要求，引进海航汉莎技术培训公司设备设施驻校，既提高了学校飞机机电设备维修等专业的办学水平，也可满足行业从业人员培训的需求，提升学校社会服务能力。此外，学校购置了价值3500万元、包括360°全视景航海模拟器、30万吨级油轮仿真轮机模拟器在内的3000多套（台、件）海运设备，配备了价值500多万元的2台亚诺机帆船，建设了航海实训室、轮机实训室、水上实训室等20多个实训室，高质量地满足了航海技术、轮机工程技术等专业的教学要求。
4. Hardware Facilities and Equipment
The college has built four training centers, including a comprehensive training center, a flight simulation training center, a flight attendance simulation training center, and a maritime training center. In accordance with the requirements of actual job skills training for airline maintenance and flight service, the school has introduced 8 training aircraft. The introduction of HNA Lufthansa technical training company equipment and facilities in the college meets the requirements of civil aviation CCAR-147 basic skills examination and has proved efficient to improve the college's professional level of aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, it can also meet the training needs of industry practitioners and enhance the school's social service capabilities. In addition, the college has purchased more than 3,000 sets (units and pieces) of marine equipment worth RMB 35 million yuan, including 360° full-view navigation simulators, 300,000-ton tanker simulation turbine simulators, and equipped with two Yano motor sailing boats worth more than 5 million yuan, and built more than 20 training rooms such as navigation training room, marine engineering training room, and water training room, which meet the high-quality teaching requirements of navigation technology and marine engineering technology.
五、社会评价
学校发展建设成果得到社会各界认可。时任国务委员刘延东、时任全国人大常委会副委员长李建国等国家领导人，时任教育部部长袁贵任、时任教育部部长周济、时任教育部副部长鲁昕、时任中国民航局局长杨元元、时任国家海事局常务副局长陈爱平等各主管部门领导均来校视察。2012年2月9日，中国教育报头版头条刊登了《这里的毕业生何以受企业青睐——三亚航空旅游职业职院贴近行业企业培养技能型人才纪实》的长篇报道，对学校遵循教育改革理念、创新办学机制体制、提高人才培养质量等工作进行了详细报道。2015年12月3日，中国民用航空业的权威报纸《中国民航报》头版头条以《产教融合校企合作——三亚航空旅游职业学院特色办学探新路》为题，报道了学校的办学特色和人才培养成果。2018年5月8日，《中国教育报》报道了我校留学生教育。2018年10月15日，《人民日报》报道了我校空乘人才班项目。
5. Social Evaluation
The development and construction have been recognized by the whole society. SATC has hosted visits by many leaders, including state councilor Liu Yandong, then Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress Li Jianguo and other national leaders, former Minister of Education Yuan Guiren, former Minister of Education Zhou Ji, former Vice Minister of Education Lu Xin, and former Director of Civil Aviation Administration of China Yang Yuanyuan and Chen Aiping, former deputy director of the State Maritime Safety Administration. On February 9, 2012, the front page of China Education News published a long report on "Why graduates here are favored by enterprises? Sanya Aviation & Tourism College has Collaborate with the industry & enterprises to cultivate skilled talents". The college's educational reform philosophy, Innovating the school-running mechanism and improving the quality of talent training, etc. were reported in detail. On December 3, 2015, the front page headline of "Civil Aviation News of China", an authoritative newspaper in the civil aviation industry in China, was titled "Industry-Education Integration & School-Enterprise Cooperation: Sanya Aviation & Tourism College's Featured Exploring" , reported on the School-running’s distinctive talent training results. On May 8, 2018, China Education News reported on the education of international students in our school. On October 15, 2018, "People's Daily" reported on our college's flight attendant talent class project.
