Mid-Autumn Festival in Chinese and Foreign Teachers and Students Tea Party
中秋是中国传统节日，“每逢佳节倍思亲”，为传播华夏文明，慰藉新入学留学生的思乡之情，国际交流与合作中心组织中外学生和老师们在茶艺室欢聚一堂，共度佳节。

岳军副校长、国际交流与合作中心尚薇副主任为留学生带来了中秋节的传统美食——月饼，在分享美食的同时向留学生讲解了中秋节的来历、传说和风俗习惯等，并祝福其及远方的家人平安、快乐，让留学新生切身感受中华传统文化的独特魅力。在此次活动中，航空管理教研室李超主任对留学生就读专业进行了详细的介绍，使留学生能充分了解所学专业的培养目标和教学方式，在场的中国学生还给留学生介绍了学校周边的环境和配套设施，帮助其尽快融入在三亚的学习生活中。

In this activity, director Li Chao of the Aviation Management Teaching and Research Office introduced the major of international students in detail, The Chinese students also introduced the surrounding environment and facilities to the students in order to help them integrate into their study life in Sanya as soon as possible.
柬埔寨籍新生莫尼说：“我的父母都是在柬埔寨金边机场工作的，我从小的梦想就是在机场工作，但是柬埔寨没有民航院校。所以，当我被三亚航空旅游职业学院机场专业录取时，感到之前放弃与同伴一起玩耍、没日没夜的学习汉语是自己做过的最正确也是最值得的事。这里的老师和同学们都对我很关心，相信我在这里会度过充实而美好的三年学习生活。”
Cambodian-born Moni said: "My parents both worked at Phnom Penh airport in Cambodia. I grew up dreaming of working at the airport, but there were no civil aviation colleges in Cambodia. So when I was admitted to Sanya Aviation & Tourism College, I felt that giving up playing with my friends and studying Chinese day and night was the right thing to do and the most rewarding thing to do. The teachers and students here are very concerned about me, I believe I will spend a full and wonderful three years of study here."
